My suicide attempts and hospitalizations are as much a part of me as any of my life experiences so I tend to bring them up on occasion. If this poses a problem with you please don’t read this blog.
Please join me in my daily struggle with bipolar disorder. My four suicide attempts and thirteen hospitalizations will come up during my posts here. If this is upsetting, or troublesome for you then please stop reading now. Important Note: Nothing on this site should be considered a medical recommendation. I am not a doctor. Introduction
The title of this blog may be a little optimistic since I'm still struggling
with Bipolar Disorder, every day, along with many of you. However, I have
decided to try to be positive. This is a foreign concept for me so forgive me
when I drop into that ever present hole of hopelessness, negativity, and of
course depression and mania.
My suicide attempts and hospitalizations are as much a part of me as any of my life experiences so I tend to bring them up on occasion. If this poses a problem with you please don’t read this blog.
This blog is going to cover all aspects of
mental health including, but not limited to, bipolar, depression, and anxiety. You
are welcome to leave your comments on these issues and more. I would love to hear your opinions on
everything. That is what keeps this
thing going.
My suicide attempts and hospitalizations are as much a part of me as any of my life experiences so I tend to bring them up on occasion. If this poses a problem with you please don’t read this blog.
